We walked in at around 19:30 and got a table on the balcony. The view is fantastic and so is the restaurant. The food was excellent and we didn’t have to wait long to get it on the table, in fact, it was the fastest restaurant I went to during my stay in St Julians. I will surely return if I am ever in St Julians again.

]]> Locale veramente particolare e curato nei dettagli, vista mozza fiato, staff cortese e preparato , il cibo è veramente genuino e di ottima qualità, consiglio la gran degustazione di mozzarelle e prosciutto di Parma , da dividere e per poi passare a un taglio di carne da scegliere tra la vasta scelta che anno sul menù , io ho scelto il ( Cow Boy steak ) se amate la carne con
con osso.
Il tortino al cioccolato che non è sul menù ma che viene proposto come speciale e a mio avviso il modo più dolce di finire la cena:)

]]> My visit to Meat & Co turned out to be a real dining experience. The hostess who greeted us at the door was very pleasant and cordial. She escorted us up to the restaurant where we found one of the staff who was waiting to take us to our table. The ambiance and views are absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The food was top notch, I had pate to start with followed by a beautiful scottona rib eye served rare as requested! My friends choices of USDA prime, sausages and fiorentina were also to their satisfaction. Desserts are to die for! This meat house surely deserves to be visited again and again..

From the choice of wine we made, to the charcoal grilled Italian sausage which we had as a starter (which by the way tasted just out of this world!) Never tasted anything like it before! And the main course was just cooked to perfection..
A particular section in the menu caught my eye… the different temperatures of steak.. really makes you appreciate and understand how meat should be eaten! Truly an original “meat boutique”!
We had a fantastic evening, and will definately be back (yet again) soon… with friends! :-))

I recently visited and selected the smaller Fillet (250g), this was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. The wine selection is ample and house wine palatable (I had the Italian house red, full bodied and ideal with the steak). The kitchens are behind a glass partition so can be viewed from the restaurant. It is on the higher side cost wise, but the food does not disappoint at the price.
